This dessert I learn from the Channel 8 cooking show "Mei Shi Tian Wang". It's using some rock sugar water and grated water chestnut. Before severing the dessert just add in Jasmin and Orchid for their fragrant.
This is the bake Pear Tarts that i invent together with Traron during our stay in Australia. The tart itself is using sweet shortcrust pastry and fill with spilt green beans pastes. It's kind of hard to shape each pastry into the same side...but we managed to do it....
