Got this recipe from one of the mum's Zur(click on link for her recipe) in the M4M website. It's a very interesting cake with colourful layers that definitely caught everyone's attention of wanting to give it a bite. It taste very soft and good texture for a steam cake. It can be consider as s health snack because the main ingredients are Egg White with a bit of sugar so it doesn't taste very sweet or rather oily. Overall it took about 1/2 hrs to prepare the cake and 30 minutes to steam.
