Made this on Wednesday night and the methods are similar to making normal cheesecake. Just that a few ingredients are omitted. In this recipes you will need Cream Cheese, Biscuit Base, Milk and some Gelatin Powder. The taste of Green Tea favour cheesecake is pretty unique. If you have a chance to taste it...you will know what I meant. Or maybe if you have tried the Green Tea cake from BREAD TALK then you roughly get the idea of the taste. Most of them said that the coffee cheesecake taste better compare to the special taste of the Green Tea.
