Tried to make this OREO Mousse Cake yesterday night. It's pretty easy to make and it taste similar to Cookies N Cream Ice-cream. Maybe is because the Main Ingredient is OREO Chocolate Cookies. It takes about 30 - 40 minutes to prepare and assembly the whole cake. Then you need to re-fridge it for about 1 hr then you can start to decorate the cake with Mirror Gel to give it a shiny effect. After that you can top it with cherry, strawberry or etc... to make it look more presentable.
